I’ve got more than 10 years of customer service experience, 7 years of admin experience, and smidgeon of finance experience from working at a bank. My role involves providing administrative support to the team to allow everything to run smoothly, and helping to ensure excellent service is provided to Gem’s clients.

At home

I enjoy having a laugh with my friends, whether that’s a few rounds of rounders in the park or sitting around to play a board game. I like spending time in nature, especially if I can get some sunbathing in.
