At work

Dean has worked in Operations Management for the past 14 years.

Here at Gem & Co, he acts as an integrator between our directors and the rest of the team to ensure processes are running smoothly and successfully. He also ensures our company’s core values are embedded in all business activities.

At home

In his spare time, Dean enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy eating out together (Sunday roasts and breakfasts are a firm favourite!).

Dean plays golf and enjoys fly fishing. During lockdown, he has taken up drawing and painting.
