You will have responsibility for delivering our business plan and service proposition, and you will be taking on a significant position at our firm that has enormous scope for the future. - A minimum of two years business and team management experience. (We are particularly interested to hear from applicants with some form of financial services background, but we could appoint someone from a non-FS background too).
- Excellent knowledge of the broad principles and issues concerning HR management.
- Strong IT skills.
